I currently have two reptiles  of my own, I have a Bearded Dragon her name  is sapphire  who is 1 1/2 old. She is very active. She loves to get treats, and she loves to be held. She has a wonderful Environment, she has  lots of things in her home to climb on and bask on.  i got her at a pet store as a baby. Since I have had her I have trained her to be nice and tame. i take her out of her tank and take her on walks with her lizard leash.

I also have a six month old  Iguana. Her name is Jumper. she loves her home, she had tons of branches to climb on and lot of ivy and plants to hide in. she loves to be held, and loves taking baths. He to, I also got from a pet store. When I first got her she was a baby, she was very hyper.  Over the last six months she has become more tame.

Currently in my rescue, I have recently taken in a three year old Bearded Dragon. The previous owner had abandon her in an apartment for 3 weeks by her self with no food or water. They where also feeding her the wrong type of food for the kind of reptile that she is, they where feeding her mice and peas, and corn. For the kind of reptile that she is, she should be fed crickets, and collard greens, mustard greens, and kale (NO LETTUCE). She was also abused by her previous owner. when she came into my rescue she had a broken tail, it had been broken in three different places.  She has been in my rescue since 11/21/08 and since my wife and I have been working with her she is happy, she wants to be held now. She was very down when she first arrived, not she wonders around her tank and wonders around the rescue. She enjoys being out and getting the attention that she needs and deserves.

We have also recently taken in a Black Rat Snake, she was a different kind of case tho, she was not abandon or abused, the origional ownwer had another snake and he wanted to be a one snake family. Since she has been here She has really adapted to me, she loves it when I take her out of her tank. She roams around the rescue, my children love her, and my wife is getting used to her (she has a fear of snakes). She is about four years old and she is 5 1/2 feet long. She us black with some white on her and she has brown eyes.

As you can see I have all kinds of reptiles, you can never have to many. I always have room for a new one in my home, they all deserve the loving comfort of a good home that can provide proper care and proper food that they need to live a safe and healthy life.
